DearlyGifted operates at dearlygifted.com and provides personalized song creation services. For privacy-related requests, contact support@dearlygifted.com.

When you use DearlyGifted, we may collect:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number
• Order details: recipient name, relationship, occasion, genre, and personal memories you share
• Payment references: transaction IDs from Razorpay (we do not store card numbers or UPI PINs)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and cookies for analytics and site functionality

• Create, produce, and deliver your personalized song
• Process payments and send order confirmations
• Provide customer support and order tracking
• Improve our service and fix technical issues
• Send marketing emails only if you have opted in (you may opt out anytime)

We protect your data using industry-standard measures, including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest where supported by our providers
• Payment processing handled entirely by Razorpay — card and UPI details never touch our servers
• Secure cloud storage via Supabase with access limited to authorized personnel
• Regular review of our security practices

Order records and generated songs are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Download links expire 7 days after delivery. You may request earlier deletion by emailing us; we will honour valid requests unless we must retain data by law.

We share data only as needed with trusted processors:

• Razorpay — payment processing (India)
• Stripe — payment processing (international)
• Supabase — database and file storage
• OpenAI — lyrics generation
• MusicGPT — song audio generation
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Google Analytics & Meta Pixel — anonymized usage and conversion analytics
• Inngest — background job processing for order fulfilment

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, remembering your market preference, and measuring ad performance. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing.

If you are in India, you may also exercise rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), where applicable. To make a request, email support@dearlygifted.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days.

DearlyGifted is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
